Through the phone consultation we can:

• Guide you through Site Novelist editing interface, get you acquainted with any features included in Site Novelist Service Plans, discuss questions you have on features you already use;
• Advise on how to structure your site (design appropriate for your site, navigation, page layout, sections, etc), give ideas on content you can have in your site, show how to integrate your own branding, direct you to stock image sites, advise on getting a domain and pointing it to your site;
• Give you tips on how to optimize your site for search engines and drive traffic to it, explain sitemaps and favicons

One call is expected to last about half an hour, and usually covers up to 3 features. After we receive your call request, we'll appoint a phone call for the first available slot in our schedule, at a time convenient for you.

Customers subscribed to Business packages have 1 free consultation call included with their package, customers subscribed to Corporate packages have 4 free consultation calls available. If you are subscribed to a different package, each consultation call of up to half an hour is subject to a one-time fee of $25.
